Information For Bunting Hire

What are the Terms and Conditions of hire?

We require 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the money has been received. The final payment and delivery (or set up) costs will be due one month before the date of the event.
The bunting will be sent with basic instructions on how to put it up along with simple safety and care instructions along with some drawing pins and additional ribbon to help with tying it up.
The rental period is five days and the bunting will be delivered to you as per the agreement at time of booking. After the hire the bunting will need to be returned back to us again by the agreed method. Longer rental period may be available so please contact us with your requirements.

What the delivery charge?

All bunting is sent out recorded delivery. A delivery and return charge will be added to your hire cost and will depend on the amount hired.

After your event we ask that you package the bunting back up in the envelope or box provided. A return label will be provided for you for the return. You don’t need to worry about washing and ironing the bunting. This is all included in your hire price.

Please do not return the bunting wet. If the bunting gets wet while in use, please allow to dry fully before returning it. Just let me know by email that it needs to dry before being returned, there will be no extra charge for the delay in returning it. Bunting posted back wet will stain in the post and charges will be made to replace any damaged lengths.

You must return the bunting within the timescale in your agreement. Any delay in returning the bunting may result in additional costs being applied (unless needing to dry out, see above).

Can you help with set up?

Depending on location we may be able to help with putting the bunting up for you, please email us to discuss requirements and check availability. The cost of set up is £15 per hour, one hour minimum charge plus 25p per mile mileage costs.

What if it gets damaged

The bunting must not be cut or altered in any way. Any damage to the bunting may incur a charge. Any damage found will be confirmed in writing to you within 48 hours of the bunting being returned along with the costs of rectifying the damage. A paypal invoice will be raised for any damage incurred.
Non-return of any lengths of the bunting will result in you being charged for the equivalent replacement. The rate is currently £5.00 a meter.
* Reasonable means it should only need basic cleaning and ironing which will be done by the Bunting by Jen staff. The bunting has been made so that it shouldn’t rip or tear during reasonable use. Any damage to the bunting could result in you incurring additional charges.
